We publish the full contents of each guide on its own page, and a sample you can read without paying, so that nothing about the purchase is a surprise. Knowing exactly what you are getting is the protection that actually helps.

Delivery is instant and complete: the payment clears, the whole document opens at your own link, and it stays there. For that reason sales are final once the guide has been delivered.

Mistakes we own

Final applies to the guide, not to a payment that went wrong. These we fix, no questions:

• the link never opened for you;
• you were billed twice for one order.
